Two independent pots, not one divided pot
The distinction matters: the machine has two separate brewing channels, not one vessel with a divider. Each pot has its own heating path, so you can brew in both at the same moment — or use just one.
In practice, for a gathering: six cups in three rounds instead of six.
90 to 98 °C — where the foam is made
Turkish coffee is not boiled. It is heated slowly until it approaches boiling, forming the thick foam layer that marks a properly made cup. Reach a full boil and the foam collapses and the taste turns bitter.
That is why the 90 to 98 °C range matters here more than the wattage. The machine holds the temperature inside that band instead of racing to a boil.
A note on wattage: some listings state 800 W for this model. The specification panel printed on the retail box states 400 W, which is what we use here. The lower figure is deliberate for this type — slow heating is the point.
Three programmes, not one
- Coffee: a slow heating curve that builds the foam.
- Milk: heating without scorching — for milk or hot chocolate.
- Boiling water: for tea or anything needing boiled water.
All three are selected with one touch on the digital display, and the temperature is shown while brewing.
The limits
- One job. This is a Turkish coffee maker — no espresso, no cappuccino. For espresso see the Baristo, for milk drinks the Brevissimo.
- 250 ml per pot. Two small cups per cycle. A large gathering means several rounds.
- It does not grind. You need very finely ground Turkish coffee.
